Researches, writes and distributes press releases to targeted media, collates and analyzes media coverage, prepares and supervises the production of publicity brochures, handouts or direct mail leaflets. May write or editing in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Educate and enroll qualifying customers in the Lifeline program, providing FREE phone and internet service to low-income households
- Set up tent and table events with community partners
- Build relationships with community partners, such as food pantries, Section 8 housing and similar organizations
- Wireless phone troubleshooting
- General customer service skills
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Customer Service or Sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to communicate with individuals of various backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a permit
- Employment is subject to city permit must have clear background
