Job Description

The CMCO leads brand strategy, marketing, communications, public relations, digital engagement, membership growth support, community storytelling, and reputation management across the Association. The CMCO also partners with executive leadership to drive revenue, promote community impact, and support fundraising across Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility. The CMCO is responsible for ensuring a consistent and compelling Association-wide brand presence while utilizing data, market intelligence, and audience insights to strengthen engagement, support growth, advance the YMCA mission throughout the Greater Philadelphia region, and strengthen the Association's position as a leading community-impact organization.
Qualifications:
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field. Ten or more years of progressive leadership experience. Experience leading integrated marketing and communications functions. Demonstrated success in growth-oriented marketing strategies. Experience leveraging data, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies to inform marketing decisions, improve organizational performance, and enhance audience engagement
