The Global Medical Affairs Leader (GMAL) for Psoriatic Disease (Director) leads global medical affairs strategy, clinical-commercial optimization, and lifecycle planning for icotrokinra and pipeline assets. In close collaboration with Regional Medical Affairs, GMA Strategy and Execution, and Clinical Development, the GMAL develops integrated medical strategies and cross-regional plans that support asset development and worldwide execution. The GMAL represents the medical function on key cross-functional teams including Safety Management Teams, Compound Development Teams, and the 3M team (Medical/Marketing/Market Access). Role reports to the Head, Global Medical Affairs, Psoriatic Disease.You will be responsible for:
- Develop and lead global medical affairs strategies and plans aligned with prioritized regional needs
- Collaborate closely with Regional Medical Affairs for alignment on plans and decisions
- Lead global publications strategy and planning including manuscripts, abstracts, and posters
- Oversee global KOL communications and speaker development
- Review scientific mater.
