Responsibilities will include:
Developing integrated communications strategies and supporting narratives and plans across key initiatives Creating and delivering engaging content across a mix of communications channels (i.e., executive communications, social media, Slacks, videos, articles, op-eds, and events). Providing strategic guidance on messaging and effective communications as well as the development and hands-on execution of communications tactics. Monitoring the external landscape, best practices social and content trends to be on the cutting edge of communications. Tracking and measuring results and iterate on strategies accordingly Managing projects, including developing timelines, crafting and reviewing content, providing design guidance or support, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, etc. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including business leaders, operational support and internal partners What we're looking for... You'll need to have: Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training. Communications experience. Powerhouse writing skills, including the ability to quickly turn around messaging across formats- long form, social, email, video, etc.
- $219,000.00. The annual salary range for the York location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $125,500.00
