Position Summary The Capital Campaign Manager plays a critical role in advancing Snowline Health's philanthropic strategy by developing and managing donor relationships, securing major gifts, and supporting capital campaign initiatives. This position serves as a key ambassador in the Greater Sacramento region, building meaningful partnerships that expand Snowline's reach and long-term impact. Work Environment & Expectations
  • Hybrid role with minimum 2 days onsite weekly
  • Community engagement including events and donor meetings
  • Occasional evenings and weekends required

Part-Time (20-25 hours/week; occasional evenings and weekends required)
Compensation:
$68,000
  • $88,000
DOE FLSA Status:
Exempt Key Responsibilities Donor Development & Community Engagement
  • Build and steward relationships with individual donors, community leaders, and business partners
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective donors from identification through solicitation
  • Communicate Snowline's mission through compelling storytelling and community presence Corporate & Strategic Partnerships
  • Establish and grow partnerships with healthcare organizations, medical groups, and local corporations
  • Secure sponsorships for events and program initiatives
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, Board members, and clinical teams Capital Campaign & Major Gifts
  • Support and help lead capital campaign efforts, including quiet phase activities
  • Identify and cultivate lead donors for major gifts
  • Assist with feasibility efforts and campaign strategy execution
  • Contribute to high-level proposals and large-scale funding opportunities Requirements Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in donor development or fundraising
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills Preferred Qualifications
  • CFRE certification preferred
  • Experience in healthcare or nonprofit environments
  • Familiarity with Sacramento region philanthropic community
