Community Support Specialist

Carolina Family Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Community Support Specialist to provide direct support services to children, adolescents, and families in home and community-based settings. This role focuses on helping families build healthier communication patterns, strengthen coping skills, navigate behavioral challenges, and connect with community resources. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, emotionally intelligent, and passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of others. This is a hands-on, community-based role that requires strong relationship-building skills, flexibility, and the ability to support families through challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
