Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Hospice Community Relations Manager to join our team to expand our patient base and communities. Your ability to analyze market trends, negotiate contracts and provide exceptional customer service will contribute to the success of our sales team. This position is a combination of salary and commission-based, to ensure the compensation is directly tied to performance and successful patient acquisition. Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and preserve good connections with your clients as a reliable point of contact for physicians, hospitals, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, personal care homes, and other referral sources.
  • Analyze and conduct market research to identify possible sales possibilities.
  • Work together with the sales team to create leads and convert recommendations for hospice care based on the suitability of the referral.
  • Assist clients with exceptional customer service and support during the sales process.
  • Handle and uphold customer accounts, making sure all of their needs are fulfilled.
  • Prepare and provide helpful presentations on hospice services to potential customers.
  • Keep informed of changes and trends in the industry.

Full-time Pay:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
