About Us:
International Student Exchange is a leading non-profit organization founded in 1982 that sponsors approximately 2,500 high school exchange students annually. We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated individuals with strong community ties and excellent communication skills to join our team as Cultural Exchange Coordinators.Your Role:
Build and maintain relationships with local schools and families Recruit and screen volunteer host families Match high school exchange students with host families for a successful placement Provide ongoing support and supervision throughout the exchange yearWhat We're Looking For:
Aged 25 or older with solid people skills Previous or current experience working with teens Ability to set your own goals and manage flexible hours Access to a computer and reliable transportation Willingness to travel within a 120-mile radius (as needed) Passion for working with international students and fostering cross-cultural connections Ability to pass a background checkPerks & Benefits:
