Job Description
Marketing & Community Engagement Specialist A&J Mobility - Valders, WI Creative. Hands-on. Meaningful work. A&J Mobility is a family-owned company that has been helping individuals and families achieve greater automotive freedom for more than 50 years. Today, we are a growing, six-location company serving Wisconsin and Northern Illinois with wheelchair-accessible vehicles, mobility equipment, driving solutions, transportation products, and full automotive service. We are looking for a Marketing & Community Engagement Specialist to help execute and grow A&J Mobility's marketing efforts. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor position with no direct reports. You'll work closely with company leadership, sales teams, location managers, customers, vendors, and community partners. This is an in-person position based in Valders, Wisconsin. Our best marketing stories happen inside our locations, with our customers, our employees, our vehicles, and within the communities we serve. This is not a remote or work-from-home role. What You'll Do
- Help develop and execute marketing initiatives designed to increase awareness, customer engagement, and qualified leads.
- Work closely with company leadership to execute marketing priorities and contribute ideas for future campaigns and opportunities.
- Create and manage engaging social media and digital content across multiple platforms.
- Photograph and video vehicles, customers, employees, events, and community activities for use across digital and print channels.
- Create digital collateral, print materials, email campaigns, advertisements, signage, sales materials, and other branded content.
- Coordinate website updates and enhancements with outside vendors and help keep content current and accurate.
- Help ensure A&J Mobility vehicle inventory is photographed, presented, and marketed professionally online.
- Coordinate and attend select trade shows, expos, community events, grand openings, and professional outreach opportunities.
- Assist in identifying and pursuing community outreach, referral, partnership, and local marketing opportunities.
- Work with sales teams and location managers to support local marketing needs across our six locations.
- Maintain relationships with manufacturer and vendor partners and help execute cooperative marketing opportunities.
- Track campaign, website, lead-source, and event results so leadership can evaluate what is working.

- 3+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, community engagement, or a related field.
- Experience creating digital and social media content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with photography and video content creation.
- Ability to manage projects and campaigns with a reasonable degree of independence.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills.
- Comfort working on-site and collaborating closely with multiple departments.
- Strong computer and technical skills, including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital platforms, comfort troubleshooting routine computer/software issues, and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to occasionally travel to company locations and events. Preferred
- 4-5+ years of marketing experience.
- Experience with website content, email marketing, events, paid advertising, analytics, or outside marketing vendors.
- Experience supporting multiple locations, territories, or community-based marketing efforts.
- Background in healthcare, senior services, medical equipment, automotive, multi-location retail, nonprofit/community outreach, or another relationship-based industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field - or equivalent hands-on experience.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:
