Member Marketing and Engagement Specialist

Idaho Counties Risk Management Program (ICRMP) is seeking a relationship focused marketing professional to fill a new Member Engagement Specialist role The Member Engagement Specialist builds and maintains strong connections within member communities promotes ICRMP services and serves as a key point of contact through outreach, events, and communication.

Primary Functions/Major Assignments include:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective members through outreach, events, and regular communication Present and promote ICRMP services and resources, including explaining insurance coverages and gathering member feedback Support engagement efforts by capturing and sharing member stories for social media and digital content Maintains accurate records of member information, communications, and activities Collaborate internally to enhance member experience and assist with promotional initiatives Conduct field underwriting activities such as documenting member structures and exposures The Ideal candidate will posses Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences Skilled at quickly identifying issues and delivering effective solutions Proven ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with organizations and individuals Highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to travel (including overnight) as needed Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, general business, public relations or other related field Minimum of three years of progressively responsible marketing, customer service experience. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience sufficient to successfully perform the primary functions of this position Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite Must possess a valid driver's license. Experience Preferences Organization-to-organization marketing and as well as relationship management Social media engagement Familiarity with public organizations Work Environment Remote position serving Eastern Idaho (American Falls to Driggs) with significant travel, including overnight stays.
