The RoleWe are seeking a Paid Search Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. In this role, you will own and optimize our Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and shopping channels, with a direct impact on ecommerce revenue performance. You will blend analytical rigor with hands-on execution, using data to drive decisions and continuously improve campaign efficiency and return on ad spend.

This is not a support role
  • you will be a key contributor to our paid acquisition strategy, working closely with internal stakeholders including creative, web, and analytics teams to bring campaigns to life and maximize their impact.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Plan, build, and manage paid search, display, and shopping campaigns across Google Ads from initial setup through ongoing optimization
  • Manage advertising budgets strategically to hit revenue targets and efficiency benchmarks such as ROAS and CPA
  • Conduct keyword research and develop campaign structures including ad groups, match types, and negative keyword lists
  • Write and A/B test ad copy to improve click-through rates and conversion performance
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to optimize for key performance indicators
  • Analyze search term reports and implement negative keyword strategies to reduce wasted spend
  • Collaborate with landing page and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging across the full campaign funnel
  • Build and manage first-party audience strategies including customer lists, site visitor remarketing, and lookalike audiences
  • Design and execute structured testing initiatives across audience targeting, creative formats, bidding strategies, and campaign structures
  • Provide regular performance reporting with actionable insights for internal stakeholders
  • Stay current with Google Ads product updates, policies, and digital advertising industry trendsRequired Skills and Qualifications
  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on Google Ads experience managing Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns
  • Strong working knowledge of keyword research, match type strategy, and ad copy best practices
  • Proficiency with conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate findings into strategic adjustments
  • Experience building and executing audience-based strategies including remarketing and first-party data activation
  • Comfortable working in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign reporting and analysis
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with Performance Max campaigns and ecommerce-focused paid media is a strong plus
