They create content that makes people stop, feel something and want to be part of the story. Hiebing is looking for an Account Supervisor - Social Media to help our clients do exactly that. As a senior leader on our PR, Social & Content team, you'll turn audience insights and business goals into smart, integrated social strategies spanning branded content, influencer partnerships, community engagement and emerging platforms. You'll guide clients, inspire teams and champion work that builds meaningful connections—and true brand devotion. If you're a social strategy powerhouse with at least eight years of experience, a sharp eye for what makes content connect and a genuine passion for helping brands earn attention, we'd love to meet you.
Duties/Responsibilities Social Media Expertise:
Lead the development and execution of social media marketing that is integrated into a full brand marketing plan, while addressing content and functionality nuances from channel to channel
Content Marketing Expertise:
Lead client marketing communications strategy and apply this understanding to client planning and execution
Influencer Marketing Expertise:
Lead the strategic development and execution of both ongoing and campaign-based influencer programs while guiding the team on research and vetting for influencers who demonstrate brand fit
Client Relations:
Build and maintain relationships with clients, strengthening the trust and confidence in Hiebing Champion smart, strong creative while rigorously representing the target and the client's business at all phases of the work Manage teams that engage target audiences, respond to customer service issues and garner user generated content Stay current on new social media platforms, tools, best practices and how organizations are using them, so that the agency can make informed recommendations to clients Lead social media strategy and content marketing planning, partnering within the department, with media to develop amplification plans and with other agency departments to ensure integration and excellence Collaborate effectively as a team member within the Public Relations, Social Media and Content department and with other agency teams and associates Supervise, guide and train junior teammates, as applicable Job Qualifications The successful candidate should possess at least eight years of relevant experience Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment and ability to thrive under pressure The ideal candidate should have a can-do attitude, curiosity, integrity and a We Before Me philosophy Ability to articulate and understand the emotional context and motivations of varying target markets to create true brand devotion Excellent written and oral communication skills including strong presentation skills Benefits include: Hybrid work flexibility, health + dental insurance, paid parental leave, matching 401(k) + profit sharing, a professional development fund and many more!
