Required Qualifications Education and Experience :
Associate's degree and at least 4 years professional experience related to duties and responsibilities; OR Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of professional experience related to duties and responsibilities Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Advanced understanding of multimedia production workflow and techniques in both field and studio settings Solid understanding of production disciplines for print and digital Advanced knowledge of marketing and communications strategies Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent writing and communication skills Exceptional time management skills Advanced skills with industry standard software packages used in production, or demonstrated ability to learn them quickly Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Ability to meet deadlines Ability to lead individuals who are not direct reports Ability to be hands-on with day-to-day tasks, as well as function in a high-level strategic planning capacity Ability to act professionally and represent the office in interactions with clients, including upper-level administration Demonstrated skill and strong judgment in managing the university's reputation Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without need now or in the future for sponsorship for employment-based visa status.
