Job Description
Regional Systems Navigator Help People. Strengthen Communities. Do you enjoy helping people overcome challenges and connecting them with the resources they need to succeed? Collaboratory is seeking a Regional Systems Navigator to work directly with individuals throughout Southwest Florida while collaborating with community partners to improve access to education, employment, housing, healthcare, financial stability, and other essential services. This role combines compassionate support with meaningful community impact. What You'll Do
- Support individuals as they work toward personal goals.
- Connect people with community resources and services.
- Build strong relationships with local organizations and partners.
- Identify barriers that affect multiple people and help improve community solutions.
- Maintain accurate participant information in Salesforce.
- Represent Collaboratory at community meetings and outreach events. What We're Looking For

- Is organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Enjoys solving problems and working collaboratively.
- Wants to make a positive difference in the community. Qualifications
- Associate's Degree required (Bachelor's preferred)
- Experience in human services, education, healthcare, workforce development, case management, or community engagement
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is preferred
- Spanish and/or Haitian Creole language skills are a plus. Position Details

- Hybrid work environment
- Regular travel throughout Southwest Florida
- Occasional evening and weekend community events
Salary:
$50,000-$64,000- Comprehensive benefits package This position is currently supported through grant funding.
