Social Media Manager & Creator Report to Sr. Creative Director About the job The Social Media Manager & Creator will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support overall business objectives. This role will shape digital storytelling that engages, entertains, and builds meaningful consumer engagement across platforms, driving brand relevance and community growth. They will help design a dynamic social ecosystem that brings our brands to life, from strategy through to execution. With a deep understanding of how social media influences consumer behavior, they will balance creative ambition with measurable impact, overseeing platform and channel strategy, content creation and community engagement.
What You Will Be Doing:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals. Create and maintain a content calendar across all social media channels. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities. Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and internal teams to produce high-quality content. Manage daily interactions on social media platforms by responding to comments, messages, and reviews. Provide recommendations to optimize content performance and campaign effectiveness. Prepare monthly and quarterly social media performance reports. Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign results. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization. Strong understanding of major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and X. Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Later, or similar. Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut. Photography and video editing experience a plus. Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management and organizational skills.
