Compensation:
$100,000 - $125,000 per year

+ Benefits We are seeking a Senior Provider Liaison Manager to lead and scale a high-performing team of Provider Liaisons responsible for driving referral growth, patient retention, patient conversion, and strengthening provider relationships. This role sits at the intersection of business development, inside sales, and patient operations , ensuring that referral pipelines are robust, provider partners are engaged, and operational barriers are resolved quickly. You will manage a team of 10-15 Provider Liaisons across four core workstreams: referral onboarding, referral conversion, Top 10 account management, and new center launches. You'll also play a key role in shaping strategy, performance, and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Operations, and Clinical teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10-15 Provider Liaisons. Set clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability around: Referral growth Provider engagement Pipeline conversion Shepherding the patient journey for new and renewal patients Conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews Build an engaged, metric-driven, high-accountability culture Oversee and optimize referral growth and patient conversion strategies across territories Ensure strong relationships with referring providers and practices and when necessary, assist in service recovery Guide team on: Strategic outreach cadence (calls, follow-ups) Relationship-building best practices Solution & ownership-oriented problem solving Partner with leadership to identify high-value referral sources and expansion opportunities Provide real-time market feedback (provider sentiment, competitors, barriers) Partner on new market launches and service line expansion Ensure seamless coordination between
Provider Liaisons and:
Intake / Scheduling Authorization teams Clinical operations Identify and remove barriers that impact referrals (delays, documentation gaps, etc.) Build workflows that ensure no referral falls through the cracks Lead service recovery efforts in escalated patient or provider partner concerns Monitor referral pipeline performance and conversion Use CRM / reporting tools to: Track referral trends Identify leakage or stalled referrals Drive accountability across the team Translate data into an actionable team strategy

Qualifications:
5+ years in healthcare, preferably in: Provider relations Healthcare sales/outreach Referral management 2+ years of people leadership experience Strong understanding of referral-based healthcare models (infusion, specialty care, etc.) Experience in infusion, specialty pharmacy, or outpatient services Familiarity with electronic medical records, customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, and referral tracking systems Experience working cross-functionally with operations teams Data-driven mindset (CRM, reporting, pipeline tracking) Key Competencies Relationship builder with providers and internal teams Strong operator (not just relationship-focused) Sales + service mindset Analytical and performance-driven Ability to lead in a fast-paced, scaling environment
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
