Type:
Part-Time Contract, Hybrid, Allen, TX About Pawford Pawford is an early-stage, NASC-certified dog supplement brand, a certification most pet supplement companies don't have, focused on helping dogs live healthier, happier lives through high-quality, science-backed products. We're building a real community and content engine, not just a posting schedule, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us into a bigger role as we scale. About the Role This isn't a fill-in-the-blank content job. You'll help shape how a values-driven, NASC-certified brand builds a loyal following from the ground up, the same way the most successful dog wellness brands have grown: through real transformation stories and genuine community, not polished corporate marketing. You'll work directly with the founders, wear multiple hats early on, and have a real path to grow into a Social Media Director role as the brand scales. What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Create and post 4 short-form videos per week (TikTok and Instagram Reels), plus regular stories
  • Film and edit UGC-style content, raw and authentic rather than overly polished
  • Develop hooks and storytelling angles rooted in real dog transformation stories (allergy relief, improved mobility, calmer behavior)
  • Manage community: respond to comments and DMs, engage with our audience consistently
  • Source, coordinate, and manage UGC creators and micro-influencers, including deliverables and timelines
  • Manage our ambassador program: recruit ambassadors, coordinate product gifting, and maintain those relationships
  • Stay on top of platform trends and bring 2-3 testable content ideas weekly
  • Support email marketing: contribute content ideas that can be adapted into campaigns, working alongside our Klaviyo team
  • Plan and execute one in-person content event per month to capture footage and build community connection
  • Track performance against monthly KPIs (views, engagement, saves, follower growth) and continually test and refine what's working best. Who This Is For
  • You've worked at or helped grow an early-stage or small DTC/wellness brand and understand what that pace and scope actually look like
  • You understand hooks, storytelling, and what makes people stop scrolling
  • You're comfortable being on camera or directing content, and comfortable with community management, creator outreach, and ambassador relationships
  • You're someone who likes to test, measure, and refine rather than set-and-forget, and you're energized by a role that grows as the brand does
  • Startup Mindset (Important)
  • We're early-stage, which means we're always testing, learning, and refining to make sure we're moving in the right direction. This role is for someone who's comfortable in that kind of environment, enjoys iterating based on performance and feedback, and takes initiative without needing constant direction. Bonus Points
  • Experience with DTC, pet brands, or supplements
  • Experience creating UGC-style ads
  • You own a dog and enjoy creating pet-related content
  • Why You'll Love This Role
  • Direct impact on a fast-growing, NASC-certified brand from an early stage
  • Creative freedom within a performance-driven environment
  • A clear growth path into a Social Media Director role as the brand scales How to Apply
  • Please complete this form: https://forms.gle/ZpXUoiHNtgz4eLaM6
  • Applications must include:
  • 3-5 examples of content you've created
  • Any performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions)
  • Answer to this question: "If you had to create 3 videos for a dog joint supplement, what angles or hooks would you test?"
