We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team and help us elevate our brand presence online, increase customer awareness, and drive new customers into the restaurant.

Job Description:

As the Social Media Manager for Salt & Lime Modern Taqueria, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance our brand, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our restaurant. You will create and curate content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. Your goal will be to increase our online visibility, foster community engagement, increase customer base, and provide insightful analytics to measure success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the brand's goals and values.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content, including videos and still shots, for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Plan and maintain a posting schedule to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
• Monitor social media trends and leverage them to create relevant and timely content.
• Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
• Measure and analyze social media performance using metrics and analytics tools.
• Prepare and present weekly performance reports to the owner, including key insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the owner to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.
• Assist with other marketing and promotional activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Social media experience in the restaurant industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing content.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
