3-6 Month Contract Position Overview We are seeking a strategic, creative, and collaborative Project Manager, Social Media to lead and elevate the company's social media presence across major and emerging platforms. This role will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, content initiatives, influencer programs, and community engagement efforts that strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and overall business performance. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in social media marketing, content strategy, analytics, and campaign management within large consumer-facing organizations. This individual must be comfortable collaborating cross-functionally, managing agency relationships, and presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Execution Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives. Create and execute campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, engagement, advocacy, and audience growth. Build platform-specific content strategies across major and emerging social channels. Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and digital best practices to maximize reach and engagement. Develop innovative branded content and social campaigns that inspire audience interaction and viral sharing Content & Community Management Oversee the creation and management of social media content calendars. Lead community management initiatives to strengthen audience relationships and brand advocacy. Support influencer and content creator partnerships to drive compelling storytelling and engagement. Manage real-time social coverage for events, activations, and campaigns both onsite and remotely. Collaboration & Leadership Partner closely with Marketing, Communications, Operations, Customer Service, and other internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy alignment. Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and creative partners supporting social initiatives. Present social media strategies, performance insights, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. Help establish and maintain social media policies, brand voice standards, and governance practices. Analytics & Optimization Analyze social media performance metrics and campaign results to optimize strategy and improve ROI. Monitor dashboards, reporting tools, and platform analytics to provide actionable insights. Track campaign effectiveness related to engagement, conversion, customer acquisition, and revenue impact. Develop executive-level reporting and performance summaries. Budget & Resource Management Assist in managing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships related to social media initiatives. Monitor campaign spending and evaluate performance against established goals and KPIs. Qualifications Required Education Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Required Experience 10+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within large consumer brands or matrixed organizations. Proven success developing and executing social media strategies, campaigns, and content initiatives across major social platforms. Experience managing agencies, influencers, and external creative partners. Strong understanding of social media reporting, analytics, and optimization tools. Experience with Sprinklr and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and collaboration skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to make informed, timely decisions regarding brand social presence. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and drive strategic decisions. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and digital storytelling. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities.Compensation & Benefits:
$55.00/hour, paid weekly on Fridays.Eligible for benefits including:
