Sports Media Partnerships & Contract Acquisition Manager JayVicious Productions — Fredericksburg, VA JayVicious Productions is expanding rapidly within the youth‑sports community, and we're looking for a Sports Media Partnerships & Contract Acquisition Manager — a driven, confident, community‑focused individual who can secure new media contracts and grow our presence across leagues, schools, and athletic programs. This role is the heartbeat of our business expansion. You will be the face of JayVicious Productions in the field, building relationships, pitching our services, and locking in long‑term partnerships that elevate our brand and impact. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with youth sports leagues, schools, clubs, and tournament organizers Pitch JayVicious Productions' media services, highlight packages, and seasonal coverage plans Attend games, practices, community events, and meetings to represent the brand Build and maintain strong relationships with coaches, athletic directors, and decision‑makers Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service packages Track leads, follow‑ups, and contract progress using our internal system Collaborate with the CEO to align partnership goals with production capacity Provide weekly updates on outreach, leads, and contract status Help expand JayVicious into new sports, new regions, and new markets Ideal Candidate Traits Strong communicator with natural confidence Comfortable approaching coaches, directors, and organizations Sales‑minded with a community‑driven approach Understands youth sports culture and environments Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow‑through Professional presence on and off the field Self‑motivated and able to work independently Comfortable representing a fast‑growing media brand Preferred Experience (Not Required) Sales, outreach, or community engagement Youth sports involvement (player, coach, parent, volunteer) Media, videography, or content creation familiarity Negotiation or contract experience Customer service or client‑facing roles Schedule & Compensation Part‑time Flexible hours — includes evenings and weekends Base pay + commission structure Performance bonuses Opportunities for advancement as the company expands Closing Statement JayVicious Productions is growing fast, and we're looking for someone who believes in our mission, our community, and the impact of real sports storytelling.
