Communications Coordinator (HR) Compensation, Benefits, and Employment Type 3-year contract Pay range: $40-$75/hr.

M-F Job#: 19195 The Human Resources department is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Communications Coordinator to support communications and knowledge management initiatives. This role will partner with communications and change management professionals to develop and deploy high-quality communications that support a variety of HR programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing and editing skills and have experience translating complex HR processes into clear, user-friendly communications and documentation. Key Responsibilities Draft, edit, schedule, publish, and maintain content across HR communication channels, including intranet sites, newsletters, digital platforms, and print materials. Review and edit communications to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with departmental objectives. Create and maintain knowledge base articles within ServiceNow to support employee self-service and improve the employee experience. Partner with HR subject matter experts to gather information and document procedures, policies, and workflows. Regularly review and update existing content to improve usability, readability, and searchability. Track content lifecycle activities, including reviews, approvals, and archival processes. Ensure all documentation is accurate, consistent, and aligned with organizational standards and branding guidelines. Support special projects and other communications initiatives as needed. Collaborate with HR, IT, Communications, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field. Three or more years of experience in communications, technical writing, knowledge management, or a related area. Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Ability to communicate information clearly, effectively, and inclusively. Experience gathering and synthesizing information to develop process documentation, workflows, and knowledge resources. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Creative Suite, and professional social media platforms. Experience creating and managing content within ServiceNow Knowledge Base. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SharePoint. Exposure to change management, employee communications, or HR operations. Work Arrangement Hybrid work environment. Periodic onsite attendance may be required based on business needs.
