Job Description
- Serve as the day-to-day partner to the GCL on client priorities, helping manage preparation, alignment, and follow-through across engagements.
- Develop strategic documentation, inclusive of briefings, executive-level presentations and dossiers, for executive and partner meetings
- Orchestrate standout client experiences at conferences, offsites, and key moments/meetings— curating agendas, itineraries, and touchpoints that reflect relationship context and business goals.
- Serve as a connective tissue between clients, senior leadership, and internal teams—ensuring clarity, alignment, and momentum.

- Ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
- Have a sense of urgency and the ability to work at pace/speed and under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities
- Demonstrate superior discretion in handling confidential information as you will be exposed to senior clients and GC's senior leadership team
Qualifications:
We're looking for a talented Account Director with impressive work experience, which typically includes:- Four years of college education, MBA degree and 7 to 9 years of experience (ideally at a creative agency), including four years of leadership experience in integrated marketing and client relationship management with a digital scope
- Superior analytical skills and strategic thinking
- you're strong on both IQ and EQ, as adept at reading data as you are at reading clients
- Superb communication and presentation skills
- you're articulate, straightforward, engaging and effective
- Effective time-management, impeccable organization and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changes
- Proven project management and performance management skills
- you're known for your ability to think 10 steps ahead & scenario plan, inspire and drive change, and bring varied groups together to collaborate effectively
- Retail and production experience is a plus

Compensation Range:
$121,315- $185,920 annually.
