Job Description

Cypress Grove Post Acute is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Jackson, Tennessee, offering 170 certified beds. The facility is both Medicare- and Medicaid-certified, providing services such as long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, and specialized support, including dietary planning and therapy. Position Overview:
The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing marketing and census development strategies for the Skilled Nursing Facility. This role builds and maintains relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and community partners to drive admissions and ensure the facility maintains optimal occupancy with appropriate case mix. Build, maintain, and strategically manage relationships with hospital case managers, discharge planners, social workers, physicians, assisted living communities, home health agencies, senior centers, and other referral sources. Conduct routine in-person hospital, physician office, and community visits to promote facility services, clinical programs, and post-acute care capabilities. Educate referral sources and community partners on specialty programs, including rehabilitation, wound care, respiratory care, memory care, long-term care, and other facility services. Develop and maintain outreach plans for targeted hospitals, referral sources, community partners, and culturally appropriate community groups. Represent the facility at health fairs, networking events, community meetings, professional events, and other outreach opportunities to increase facility visibility. Evaluate referral barriers, service line opportunities, and admission process challenges, and recommend solutions to improve access, referral conversion, and customer experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field Minimum of 3 years of Healthcare Marketing experience, preferably in Skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute settings. Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid, managed care, and SNF services including short-term rehab and long-term care.
