$65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience About Red7 Creative Red7 Creative is a fast-paced creative and marketing agency partnering with clients across automotive, home services, retail, and other industries. From large-scale campaigns to ongoing digital marketing, our team combines strategy, creative, and performance marketing to drive measurable results for our clients. We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist with hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly across Google Ads and Meta Ads . This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys digging into campaign performance, identifying opportunities, managing budgets, and making strategic decisions based on data. You'll work across multiple client accounts and collaborate closely with our creative, analytics, development, and account teams. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Carrollton, TX. What You'll Do Build, manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manage additional paid media channels including YouTube, display, video, OTT, and other digital advertising platforms Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including conversions, ROAS, CTR, CPC, cost per lead, and other key performance metrics Manage campaign budgets, pacing, bidding strategies, keyword targeting, audiences, and geographic targeting Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and maximize client return on ad spend Analyze campaign data and turn performance insights into actionable recommendations Create monthly reports, campaign recaps, and performance insights for internal teams and clients Conduct keyword, competitor, audience, and market research to identify new opportunities Identify opportunities to expand campaigns across new audiences, markets, platforms, and ad formats Assist in developing full-funnel digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals and budgets Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test advertising concepts, messaging, and assets Work with account and development teams to improve campaign effectiveness, conversion tracking, and user experience Maintain campaign organization, pacing, deadlines, and communication through Monday.com and Slack Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, beta opportunities, and emerging paid media strategies What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who has hands-on experience inside paid advertising platforms —building campaigns, managing budgets, analyzing results, and making optimization decisions. This is not primarily an organic social media or content creation role. Qualifications 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager Experience managing and optimizing advertising budgets across multiple campaigns or client accounts Strong understanding of paid media strategy, audience targeting, bidding, campaign structure, and performance optimization Ability to analyze campaign data and translate it into clear recommendations and next steps Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and digital attribution Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns, clients, budgets, and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Digital Media, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience Preferred Experience Google Ads Certification Previous marketing or advertising agency experience Automotive or home services marketing experience Experience with YouTube, display, OTT, or programmatic advertising Experience working with CRM and lead attribution data Familiarity with Monday.com and Slack What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Flexible scheduling opportunities Parental leave Professional growth and advancement opportunities Collaborative, creative agency environment
