Community Engagement & Inclusion Manger

Mission Road Ministries is seeking a passionate and organized Community Engagement & Inclusion Manager to develop, coordinate, and oversee meaningful day program activities for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). This leadership role focuses on creating engaging, person-centered programming, building community partnerships, coordinating volunteers, and promoting inclusion and independence across multiple program locations.

What You'll Do:

Develop and manage activity calendars and enrichment programs. Create community partnerships and inclusive volunteer opportunities. Coordinate outings, community integration activities, and special events. Support and train staff on activity implementation and engagement strategies. Track participation, outcomes, and program effectiveness. Ensure compliance with agency policies, licensing requirements, and quality standards. Collaborate with program leadership to enhance services and quality of life for individuals served.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in disability services, day programming, recreation therapy, community engagement, or related field. Experience developing structured programs and activities for individuals with IDD. Strong communication, organization, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Valid Texas Driver's License with a clear driving record. Must be at least 21 years old and able to drive a company vehicle. Why Join Mission Road? Pay:

$40,000.00 per year
