Impact Connections Inc is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Community Engagement Associates. The Community Engagement Associate is an exciting opportunity to build valuable communication and leadership skills while supporting nationally recognized nonprofit organizations. As a Community Engagement Associate, you will connect directly with community members at local events, help raise awareness for important causes, and support fundraising campaigns that create real change. No prior experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship. What You'll Do as a Community Engagement Associate Represent nonprofit organizations at community events, retail locations, and fundraising campaigns Engage with community members through face-to-face conversations Encourage community members to support nonprofit programs through donations Represent partner organizations in a professional and friendly manner Help with event setup and day-to-day event activities Work alongside team members to meet outreach and fundraising goals Build relationships with community members and supporters Gain hands-on experience in communication, fundraising, and leadership What We're Looking For in a Community Engagement Associate Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and a people-first mindset Comfortable working in a face-to-face environment Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation to local events and campaign locations Customer service, retail, hospitality, fundraising, marketing, or sales experience is a plus but not required Why Join Impact Connections Inc?
