Job Summary Position Overview Essnova Solutions is seeking a Mid-Level Mission Advocate to support
NGA PEO-GG
leadership, including the Collections Management Office and Data Services Office.

This position will develop strategic communications and executive-level products addressing complex mission topics while collaborating with the Mission Advocacy team, NGA subject matter experts, and NGA's Office of Corporate Communications.

Key Responsibilities Draft, edit, and prepare products addressing complex mission topics.

Support execution of PEO-GG strategic communications.

Prepare briefings, talking points, reports, official correspondence, articles, and related executive products.

Edit materials for clarity, logic, grammar, style, and alignment with leadership intent.

Develop high-quality graphical content for senior and executive audiences.

Support strategic engagement and communication planning.

Collaborate with Mission Advocacy team members, Agency SMEs, and NGA's Office of Corporate Communications.

Gather and synthesize information into accurate visual and narrative products.

Coordinate with UI/UX personnel to support consistent design across PEO-GG products.

Manage priorities in a fast-paced environment while producing precise, error-free work.

Required Qualifications Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate complex IC or DoW Mission IT capabilities through multiple communication tools to stakeholders and oversight.

Demonstrated ability to develop strategic engagement and communication plans.

Demonstrated experience developing talking points, briefings, official correspondence, and articles for executive-level management.

Demonstrated specialized IC or DoD experience producing visualizations and communications within applicable publication policies.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university OR equivalent specific technical training.

Current Top Secret clearance and eligibility for favorable NGA adjudication for SCI access.

Desired Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited university.

Specialized experience with NGA and/or another IC agency's missions and communications policies.

Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence principles.

Knowledge of PEO-GG systems.
Location:
NGA Washington / Fort Belvoir, VA area
Work Arrangement:
Primarily onsite; minimally available Government-approved telework.
Travel:
Infrequent
CONUS/OCONUS
