Proven ability to lead and develop teams to deliver exceptional member experiences Experience growing membership and retention through relationship-building and engagement Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating welcoming environments Results-driven with the ability to use data and execute effectively Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 3+ years in membership, sales, or customer experience leadership Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed Knowledge of the Alexandria community is a plus Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
