Community Relations Director Chateau Pacific - Lynnwood, WA 98087 Apply Overview Salary Range $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 Base+Commission/year Position Type Full Time Apply Description Community Relations Director Position Summary The Community Relations Director (CRD) is responsible for driving community occupancy through direct sales execution, referral development, and marketing outreach. This role manages the sales process from initial inquiry through deposit secured, ensures accurate CRM documentation, and supports achievement of established occupancy and revenue goals. The CRD partners closely with the Executive Director and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to operations following deposit.

Full-Time, Tuesday -
Saturday Salary Range:
$90,000 - $110,000 annually, Chateau is prepared to offer enhanced compensation for an exceptional candidate
Incentives:
Outstanding commission structure with strong earning potential Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum two years of senior living, assisted living, healthcare, or related sales experience Demonstrated success increasing and sustaining census or meeting sales targets Strong consultative sales, communication, and relationship-building skills CRM experience required with strong attention to documentation accuracy Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-touch sales environment Flexibility and availability to meet prospective residents and families when needed Compassionate advocate for seniors with the ability to confidently present services and value Essential Responsibilities Execute the full sales process from inquiry through deposit Conduct prospect interviews, community tours, and needs-based sales presentations Secure deposits in alignment with company standards and policies Maintain accurate, timely CRM documentation and manage the sales pipeline Meet or exceed assigned sales, conversion, and occupancy KPIs Develop and maintain strong referral relationships and community outreach efforts Participate in networking events, open houses, and approved marketing initiatives Ensure consistent brand standards and messaging across all sales activities Equal Employment Opportunity Chateau Retirement Communities is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status under Washington State or federal law.
