- Minimum 5 years of professional communications experience
- Experience developing and executing communications strategies in large, complex organizations
- Experience leading strategic communications programs and initiatives
- Strong people leadership experience, including managing employees, contractors, or matrixed teams
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Executive communications and stakeholder engagement experience
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, audience-focused messaging
- Experience managing multiple priorities and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong project and program management skills Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries
- Higher education experience
- Information technology or technical communications experience
- Change management communications experience
- Experience supporting executive leadership communications
- Budget ownership and financial reporting experience
- Experience managing communications agencies or external partners
- Web, digital communications, and content governance experience
- Experience developing communication metrics, KPIs, and engagement reporting Understanding of accessibility and usability standards for digital communications
