Position Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of Boeing communicators responsible for supporting the enterprise efforts to help Engineering leaders inspire and engage its engineers and advance its innovation narrative . Collaborate with senior leaders, enterprise colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic communication goals . Provide strategic counsel to senior business leaders . Build, develop, enable and empower the communications team . Proactively monitor the effectiveness of communications campaigns and brand perception in the market and adapt enterprise communications planning and strategy accordingly . Travel to support business need s Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelors' degree or highe r 5+ years of experience creating and implementing strategic communications plan s 5+ years of experience using verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleague s 5+ years of experience in Communications (including, but not limited to: Corporate Communications, News Media, and Public Relations ) 5+ years of experience directly supporting senior/executive leader s 5+ years of experience in managing multiple projects simultaneousl y Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience with engineering and technical conten t

Summary pay range:
