Job Description

Our client is expanding their sales team and is hiring an Assistant Manager Trainee in Sequim, WA . This role is designed for someone who wants hands-on leadership development, experience in territory-based outreach , and exposure to B2B customer acquisition while supporting day-to-day operations. This is an in-person , field-based position working across designated business districts in the WA area. You'll learn the entire sales cycle, shadow leadership, and gradually take on responsibility for small team development and campaign support.
