Job Description

Stanwood/Camano Island, WA is a community that embodies well-being, connection, and a spirit of adventure. From the serene waters of the Puget Sound to the breathtaking Cascade Mountains, Stanwood is an outdoor enthusiast's dream — offering hiking, skiing, fishing, and year-round exploration. The greater Seattle area comes alive in the summer and fall, and there's no better place to experience the vibrant arts, food, and culture of the Pacific Northwest. The YMCA of Snohomish County is a thriving $48 million association, driven by over 900 dedicated leaders who serve through six full-facility branches, 29 school-age care sites, early learning centers, preschools, and a new overnight camp. Together, we're committed to removing barriers and creating opportunities for everyone in our community. As a vital branch of our Association, the Stanwood-Camano Island Family YMCA is a cornerstone of the Stanwood and Island communities. With strong partnerships with local schools and civic leaders, the Stanwood-Camano Y is continuing to expand its programmatic offerings into the neighboring communities of Arlington and Smokey Point to better meet the growing needs of our diverse and dynamic community. We are seeking a dynamic, cause-driven leader passionate about strengthening community. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder, skilled in fundraising, volunteer and staff leadership, business strategy, and community engagement.
