$75,000/year base + quarterly bonus up to $10,000 About the Role We're looking for a Community Relations & Referral Development Manager to build and lead our outreach and partnership efforts across Southwest Washington, the Portland metro area, and the Seattle-Tacoma corridor. This is the driving force behind our community presence — building and nurturing relationships with primary care providers, therapists, and community organizations to connect patients with the outpatient psychiatric care they need, including medication management, psychiatric evaluations, and interventional psychiatry services like IM ketamine and TMS. This is a relationship-first, high-visibility role for someone who already has an established network within the region and is ready to hit the ground running. You'll spend the majority of your time in the field — meeting with providers and provider groups, attending health fairs, connecting with community members, and forming partnerships that grow inbound referrals and strengthen our reputation as a trusted community resource. What You'll Do Plan and host lunch-and-learns, coffee talks, and educational sessions for primary care providers, therapists, and provider groups on psychiatric care resources and services Build and maintain active referral relationships across an assigned multi-county territory Attend health fairs and represent the clinic at community and advocacy events Identify and evaluate community events, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities aligned with the clinic's goals Collaborate with local businesses and organizations on joint initiatives and outreach efforts Maintain a vetted monthly community resource guide for in-house providers to share with patients Track all outreach and referral activity accurately and on time in the CRM (AirTable) Provide regular, actionable market feedback to executive leadership Present quarterly updates to internal teams on community partnerships and referral pipeline Partner with the social media manager to identify content ideas What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in a behavioral health or mental health setting At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, community relations, outreach, marketing, or business development, with a proven track record of success Established relationships within the Southwest Washington / Portland metro / Seattle-Tacoma region strongly preferred Strong public speaking and presentation skills Ability to clearly educate diverse audiences on clinical services Self-motivated with the ability to independently manage a multi-county territory Comfortable with a travel-heavy schedule (up to 75% regional car travel) Valid driver's license Authorized to work in the United States Success Looks Like Achieving quarterly referral growth targets set with executive leadership Hosting a consistent cadence of outreach events each month Maintaining and growing active referral-partner relationships across the territory Ensuring referred patients are scheduled within the clinic's service commitment timeframe Timely, accurate CRM documentation (AirTable) Monthly development and updates to the community resource guide Visible, consistent community presence through advocacy events and partnerships Delivering clear, actionable feedback and quarterly updates to leadership Proovidng feedback to improve and innovate the marketing/Outreach areas of company.
