Job Description:

We are supporting a growing organization headquartered outside of McFarland, Wisconsin, as they create a new CRM Program Manager role to support continued growth and scale. This is a high-impact leadership position sitting at the intersection of IT strategy, business partnership, and people leadership. The CRM Program Manager will own the end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM program across multiple business units, ensuring the platform aligns with business goals and delivers measurable value. Compensation:

Up to $150,000 base salary + 6-10% KPI-based bonus

Open (relocation assistance negotiable) Key Responsibilities Own and lead the enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM strategy and roadmap Manage end-to-end CRM program delivery across multiple business units Build, lead, and develop a team of five CRM professionals Partner closely with IT, business leaders, and stakeholders to prioritize initiatives Drive CRM adoption, change management, and user engagement as the organization scales Establish governance, best practices, and performance metrics for the CRM program Ensure CRM solutions support growth, scalability, and operational efficiency Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in CRM leadership, program management, or enterprise application delivery Strong background with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM required Demonstrated success leading and developing teams Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives effectively Experience working in growth-oriented or transforming organizations preferred
