About SweatCircle SweatCircle, Inc. is building a global coaching ecosystem designed around one simple idea: A world of coaching wherever you are. We're building a platform where people can discover coaches, book sessions, build active communities, and connect with fitness and wellness experiences wherever they live. We're currently expanding throughout the United States while laying the groundwork for international markets. We are an early-stage company. That means we're not looking for someone who needs a playbook handed to them. We're looking for someone who can build the playbook. The Opportunity SweatCircle is looking for a highly motivated Regional Director — Endurance & Outdoor Performance to help build this division within an assigned region. This position is designed for someone who understands running, cycling, endurance training, outdoor fitness, athletic conditioning, or the broader endurance community — and who also has the entrepreneurial ability to turn relationships into actual growth. Your territory could include one state, multiple states, or a defined regional market depending on your location, experience, and the needs of SweatCircle. What You'll Own You will be responsible for building the SweatCircle Endurance & Outdoor Performance ecosystem in your assigned region.
That includes:
Recruiting qualified endurance and outdoor coaches Bringing coaches onto SweatCircle Helping coaches complete their profiles and become active Helping coaches generate bookings and completed sessions Recruiting clients into the platform Building relationships with running clubs, cycling clubs, gyms, studios and athletic organizations Developing partnerships with relevant brands, events and companies Representing SweatCircle at races, fitness events, expos and community events Creating local awareness for SweatCircle Identifying corporate wellness opportunities Developing relationships with potential strategic partners Encouraging coaches to stay active on the platform Following up with coaches and clients you've brought into the ecosystem Creating your own regional growth system Reporting measurable progress to SweatCircle leadership This Is Not a Traditional Director Position This is important. SweatCircle is early-stage. We are not handing you an established sales territory, a list of clients, a marketing department and a giant budget. You are expected to build. If you recruit 20 coaches but none of them become active, that isn't the end goal. If you bring in a partnership but the partnership produces no meaningful activity, that isn't the end goal either. We're looking for people who can take an opportunity from: Lead → Relationship → Onboarding → Activation → Sessions → Growth Commission-Based Compensation This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity. There is currently no guaranteed salary, hourly wage, or base compensation associated with this position. Your earning potential is directly connected to the measurable business you help generate for SweatCircle. Commission opportunities may be generated from: Coaches you bring onto the platform Completed sessions generated by coaches within your network Clients you introduce Partnerships you establish Corporate wellness opportunities you develop Other revenue-generating opportunities attributable to your work Commission structures will be established based on the specific opportunity and contribution. You are responsible for building your own pipeline and system. The people you bring into SweatCircle will be tracked, and their activity will be considered when determining applicable commissions. Your Leadership Team You will work directly with
SweatCircle's:
Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operations Officer You will also collaborate with other Regional Directors and specialty leaders. If you discover a lead outside your division — for example, a yoga studio, basketball organization or Pilates instructor — you should bring that opportunity to the appropriate SweatCircle leader rather than attempting to operate outside your assigned specialty. Who We're Looking For You might be: A running coach Cycling coach Triathlon coach Endurance coach Strength & conditioning professional Outdoor fitness professional Personal trainer Fitness entrepreneur Gym/studio owner Running club leader Community organizer Sales professional with strong fitness connections Former athlete with strong business development ability We care less about having a perfect corporate résumé and more about whether you can build relationships, create activity and produce results.
