Director of Development & Public Relations Are you a relationship-driven leader passionate about building community connections and advancing an organization's mission? We are seeking a Director of Development & Public Relations to lead fundraising, donor engagement, marketing, communications, and community outreach efforts. As a member of the Senior Management Team, this individual will help shape organizational strategy while serving as a visible ambassador in the community.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree and relevant professional experience Proven success in fundraising, donor relations, and grant management Strong communication, marketing, and social media experience Ability to build meaningful relationships with donors, community partners, and stakeholders Strategic leadership skills combined with a hands-on approach to execution Experience representing an organization in public and community settings

Lead fundraising, marketing, and communications initiatives Cultivate donor and community relationships Manage grants, donor reporting, and development activities Serve as a public representative and community advocate Collaborate with leadership to support organizational growth and impact Why Join Us?
