We are seeking an experienced Home Health Community Liaison to start immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic professional with a successful track record in home healthcare sales and strong connections in the medical community.Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, medical facilities, and community organizations to increase referrals and visibility of services. Promote American CareQuest services within the community through networking, events, and presentations. Identify new business opportunities and maintain a robust referral pipeline. Coordinate marketing initiatives and materials to support outreach efforts. Track and report on community outreach and sales activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and client satisfaction.Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or marketing within the home healthcare, senior care, or medical services industry. Strong contacts and relationships within the local medical community are highly preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to travel within the local Bay Area communities as needed.Why Join Us:
