MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma (accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education) or Equivalent and two years of college coursework in public relations, communications, or a related field.
DESIREABLE QUALIFICATIONS
AND/OR TRAINING
Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, or related field.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
Two years of public relations, communications, or related field.
DESIREABLE EXPERIENCE
Four years working in media production or related experience.
Typing Certificate Requirements:
1. Five (5) minute typing test. 2. Certificate must contain all of the following: Name of person tested Gross words per minute Net words per minute Number of actual errors (not percentage) Name of testing agency Duration of test (5 minutes) Date of test Verifier's signature Typing certificates obtained online will not be accepted Acceptable testing centers: College/University Test Centers, Employment agencies, Manteca Adult School.
