Job Description

Client Communications Specialist Position Overview Cunningham Law, APC is seeking a highly professional and personable part-time Client Communications Specialist to support our growing California employment law practice. This position is ideal for someone with a strong customer service background who takes pride in delivering a high-end client experience to professionals, executives, and business owners. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and an excellent communicator who can help clients feel supported and informed throughout the legal process. While prior law firm experience is helpful, it is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with the right professionalism, communication skills, and client-service mindset. Schedule Part-Time Position Monday through Friday Approximately 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Responsibilities Open and organize new client files and maintain accurate case records Communicate with clients regarding case status updates and scheduling Coordinate and schedule attorney-client meetings and consultations Manage incoming and outgoing client documents and correspondence Assist with document organization and administrative support tasks Maintain professional and responsive communication with clients at all times Help ensure a smooth and high-quality client experience from intake through resolution Support the attorney with general administrative and case management tasks Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional demeanor and polished customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Comfortable communicating with successful professionals, executives, and business owners Reliable, proactive, and highly responsive Proficient with email, calendars, and general office technology Prior law firm or legal industry experience is a plus, but not required Preferred Background We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in: Luxury hospitality Executive assistant roles Concierge or client relations positions High-end customer service environments Professional services industries Compensation Compensation will depend on experience and qualifications.
