Education/Experience Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) Experience with back-end web design (Figma, Wordpress, etc.) Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Ads Strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling Experience with copyediting Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Nonprofit experience Experience with photography/videography Basic understanding of video editing for social media platforms
General Requirements:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee all graphic design initiatives across digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence Manage and track in-house production of printed materials to support marketing campaigns, events, and program needs Design and format internal training resources to support program delivery and staff development Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of the communications content calendar for social media Provide backend website support, including design updates and content management Assist in the setup, monitoring, and reporting of Google Ads campaigns and Google Analytics data to support digital marketing goals and improve audience engagement. Assist with onboarding tasks such as designing business cards, email signatures, and lanyards for staff and volunteers Send biweekly prayer request emails to donors on the prayer chain Support the social media accounts with video editing, graphic design, and content planning for reels and other digital assets Design donor-facing materials for the Development Team, including annual reports, event logos, and promotional collateral

Strong verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to various platforms and audiences Excellent interpersonal skills; approachable, collaborative, and team-oriented Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong attention to detail Openness to feedback and willingness to learn and grow professionally Demonstrate maturity and professionalism in navigating conflict; able to address challenges constructively and maintain positive working relationships. Pay:
$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
