- Job Description Summary The Weld County Regional Communications Center is searching for a Guard Terminal Specialist.

- 60% Responsible for maintaining police-related data in reference to wanted or missing persons; stolen, recovered, or impounded vehicles; and other stolen property with complete confidentiality.
CCIC/NCIC.
Correctly input data into OpenFox. Responsible for maintaining Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance as well as compliance with State and Local government policies. Performs routine audits on active warrants and hot files. Complete daily quality assurance on pending files before forwarding the necessary documents to the appropriate departments. Assist with requested recordings as needed. Assisting Law Enforcement Personnel- 40% Accurately and professionally obtain information from user agencies via phone calls and email. Electronically route information to officers, outside agencies, county and municipal records departments, and the statecourts. Interact and collaborate with user agencies and other records departments.
