Job Description
NCIC/FCIC
terminals; querying, entering, and removing persons/property from the database; transmitting messages over a nationwide system. Handles and disseminates sensitive and confidential materials through computer network terminals. Fosters positive employee relations and employee morale on a City-wide basis. Minimum Qualifications Must possess a high school diploma or an acceptable equivalency diploma. At least one (1) year of general office experience. Experience in the use of two-way communication systems preferred. Must be able to pass a polygraph examination. Must be able to obtain aFCIC/NCIC
Certification. Punctuality and regular attendance are essential functions of this position, as well as working mandatory shift hours, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends, unscheduled overtime to cover shifts and for emergency-preparedness situations.
