OPS Communications Specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION
Content Creation & Editing Write, edit and distribute newsletters, emails, internal updates and other communications. Create content for blogs, stories, websites and marketing materials. Review and proofread content for accuracy, clarity and consistency. Update and maintain communication templates and standard messaging. Edit transcripts and other source materials for publication and sharing. Email & Communications Support Support webinar, event and recruitment communications through promotional, reminder and follow-up emails. Prepare and send recurring communications using established templates and processes. Help coordinate communication activities and deadlines across projects. Support outreach efforts across email, web and other communication channels. Project Coordination & Team Support Gather updates and content from project teams for newsletters, reports and other communications. Prepare and share regular communications updates for internal teams and partners. Monitor and manage shared communications inboxes. Help keep communications projects organized and moving forward. Support events as needed. Other Duties as Assigned
EXPECTED SALARY
$24/hour
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree and 2 years experience
PREFERRED
Long form and short form writing Interpersonal and communications skills Initiative & follow-up Attention to detail
