The Senior Internal Communications Specialist is responsible for creating engaging employee experiences and developing compelling content that supports Mitsubishi Power's mission. The role partners with leaders across the organization to execute internal communications and employee engagement initiatives. The role resides within the Marketing Communications department and reports to the Senior Manager, Internal Communications. The position also leads efforts, collaborates with leadership, and provides strategic oversight to ensure efficiencies.

Strategically collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute internal communications aligned with organizational goals. Identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive, inclusive culture. Oversee the development and maintenance of a company content calendar to ensure timely and relevant communications. Design and implement internal communication campaigns and create content across multiple channels, including emails, newsletters, intranet articles, videos, podcasts, and presentations. Lead the planning and execution of employee engagement events and initiatives. Analyze communication effectiveness using employee feedback and performance metrics. Manage internal communications tools in partnership with IT to improve the employee experience. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Three to five years of marketing or communications experience in a corporate environment.
Experience planning and executing large-scale events and building and managing employee experience programs.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all organizational levels.
