Join the Florida Literacy Coalition (FLC), a statewide nonprofit organization that promotes and supports adult education, literacy, and ESOL programs throughout Florida. FLC is seeking an organized and communications-oriented Resource and Communications Specialist to support a variety of statewide programs and initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage and update FLC's website and online resources. Coordinate social media and other communications. Develop and distribute email announcements, newsletters, and promotional materials. Provide administrative and program support. Oversee FLC's statewide literacy referral hotline. Serve as editor of FLC's annual adult learner essay book. Support the Florida Literacy Conference and other special events and projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant professional experience. Good organizational, communication, technology, and interpersonal skills. Experience with document design, marketing, project coordination, and technology preferred. Basic conversational Spanish proficiency required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
