Job Description:

Maintains and updates the corporate campus editorial calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content distribution. Writes, edits, and coordinates various communication materials, including newsletters, announcements, and updates. Collaborates with different teams to gather information and create engaging content for campus communications. Utilizes targeted communication vehicles to effectively reach the intended audience. Supports the promotion, execution, and follow-up of campus events, both virtual and in-person. Designs communication materials adhering to brand standards and templates. Manages distribution lists for targeted communication needs. Partners with the creative team to develop communication collaterals and graphic needs. Tracks and reports the effectiveness of communication initiatives. Ensures the quality and operational efficiency of communication efforts. Provides day-to-day communication support for leadership engagement and internal activities. Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range:
