Job Description

Job Summary:
The Communications Advisor is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting communication initiatives that align with Pinnacle's business objectives. This role requires strong writing, editing, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute internal and external communication plans; create, edit, and review content for press releases, newsletters, websites, and social media; support media relations and respond to inquiries; ensure brand consistency across all communications; collaborate with departments to gather information and craft messaging; assist in crisis communication and reputation management; monitor and analyze communication effectiveness; provide advice and guidance on communication best practices; maintain relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders. Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field;
Minimum Experience:
minimum of 10 years of experience in communications, preferably in financial services;
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills; experience with digital and social media platforms; strong organizational and project management abilities; ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders; attention to detail and creativity.
