Compensation & Benefits Universal Alloy Corporation offers a comprehensive and rewarding benefits package designed to support your well-being and growth: Competitive Compensation Paid Time Off (PTO) Retirement Savings with a best-in-class employer match of up to 10% on 401(k) contributions Comprehensive Health Coverage Volunteer Paid Time Off with the opportunity to earn additional PTO through community involvement Additional Benefits that enhance your overall experience at UAC Responsibilities Executive Communications & Support Develop high-impact presentations, reports, and communications for C-suite executives for internal and external audiences Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of briefing materials Draft executive correspondence and key messaging aligned with organizational priorities Serve as a professional liaison between executives, the Corporate Communications team, and key stakeholders Internal Communications & Organizational Messaging Draft and manage internal organizational announcements, including promotions, retirements, milestones, and leadership updates Partner with department heads to support communication needs, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with company messaging Ensure all communications reflect the organization's voice, values, and strategic priorities Maintain adherence to company style guidelines to deliver polished, accurate, and high-quality content Strategic Communications & Corporate Alignment Act as a primary point of contact with the Corporate Communications team to ensure alignment on messaging, branding, and communication strategy Support execution of enterprise-wide communication initiatives in partnership with Corporate Communications Represent the local business needs of communication support to the Corporate Communications team Ensure consistency of messaging across all internal and supported external channels Content Development & Digital Engagement Create engaging content for digital and social platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat Utilize tools such as Canva to design visually compelling presentations, graphics, and branded materials Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content supporting key business initiatives Monitor communication effectiveness and engagement, recommending improvements as needed Brand Stewardship & Vendor Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for the company's online branded merchandise vendor Ensure brand consistency, appropriate usage, and alignment with corporate identity standards across all merchandise Event Coordination Plan, coordinate, and support corporate events, executive meetings, and community engagement initiatives Assist in facilitating or leading community and employee engagement events as needed Organizational Awareness Maintain a strong understanding of company strategies, culture, policies, and industry trends to ensure accurate and relevant communications Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field

Strong judgment and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment Working Conditions Office-based, Monday through Friday Occasional evenings or weekends required to support events or executive priorities Periodic work in production or warehouse environments; appropriate PPE required Safety Commitment All UAC employees must know and follow job safety procedures, attend required health and safety trainings, proactively promote safety at work, and promptly report actual and potential accidents and injuries. Employees must understand the PPE and wear it properly.
