G2 SUMMARY
The Internal Communications Specialist will be responsible for the development and execution of our internal communications strategy aimed at attracting and retaining employees. The Internal Communications Specialist will plan and implement targeted programs to foster employee engagement and promote a cohesive and informed workplace culture. The Internal Communications Specialist will also continuously track employee feedback and other metrics to evaluate internal communication programs and campaigns and recommend communications strategy improvements. The Internal Communications Specialist will help foster a positive and supportive work environment to minimize employee turnover and increase productivity. Responsibilities
  • Promote Qcell's brand and unique culture through marketing efforts targeted at attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Develop employer branding materials and media content to translate Qcell's values and business objectives into compelling internal messages across multiple platforms to the company's diverse workforce, ensuring that all messaging aligns with the company's direction, goals, and initiatives.
  • Execute communications strategies and programs to share key messages, influence employee engagement, and enhance collaboration and understanding between Korean expatriate and local employees, as well guidance for expatriate employees.
  • Support the C-suite in developing communication plans and written materials to inform employees, including leadership communications, internal company messaging, presentation materials, and company meetings.
  • Organize employer branding events and initiatives to strengthen employees' connection with Qcell's mission and values, while staying conscientious of cultural sensitivities.
  • Craft clear and compelling messages to communicate organizational initiatives and updates to employees.
  • Draft, edit, and deliver meaningful content to engage employees on various platforms, including email newsletters, social media, intranet content, presentations, and internal events.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote employee engagement and recognize participation in organizational programs and activities.
  • Assist with developing internal branding strategies, including regular newsletters and company events, focusing on retention and recruitment.
  • Develop and implement internal training programs that reinforce Qcell's internal brand.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of employee engagement marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless execution of engagement campaigns and events.
  • Monitor employee feedback and engagement to analyze the performance of employee engagement marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for improving internal communication channels.
  • Identify insights and areas of improvement based on campaign performance data and employee surveys.
  • Continuously optimize strategies to drive sustained improvements in employee satisfaction and morale.
  • Assess feedback and evolving organizational needs to recommend communications strategy improvements.
  • Recognize and celebrate employees' achievements, efforts, and contributions.
  • Process invoices and manage correspondence for internal marketing-related events and programs.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field, along with requisite experience in developing and executing employee engagement programs and internal communications strategies that influence workforce morale. Knowledge of both Korean and American work environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Fluent in both Korean and English. Preferred Qualifications Interest or foundational knowledge in HR tech, system automation, or data analytics. Experience using modern HRIS platforms or ERP systems. Prior internship or work experience in the manufacturing industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
